The 3 Important Steps Process To Steam Clean a Carpet

We’ve done everything we can to make the steam cleaning process simple for everyone, or probably you can use clean carpet services by Ultra Brite Carpet & Tile Cleaning.
1. Stain spraying and removal
We’ve checked for carpet stains and made mental notes of where we found them. It’s now time to spray the stains with the appropriate spotting chemicals. You have two options for chemicals.
The first is known as grease release, and it is used to remove everything from chewing gum stains to oil stains. The second is known as a coffee break, and it is used to remove coffee stains! Which is the most common type of stain encountered in offices.
There are other chemicals that we use to remove things like urine stains and blood stains. To avoid getting too technical, let’s just stick to the most common types of stains without going into too much detail.
2. Applying the cleaning chemical to the entire carpet
We’re almost there, and this is the most exciting part of the carpet steam cleaning process (or at least where we get excited – the carpet starts to get ready to look clean).
The carpet is pre-sprayed with the cleaning chemical of choice, which is usually a non-solvent emulsifier for removing general dirt and other soiling and is suitable for all carpets.
There is only one correct way to pre-spray a carpet, and that is to not allow the chemical to dry before extracting it. However, this does not imply that you extract immediately! To be clear, only 100 sqm is done at a time because the drying time of the chemical is affected by ambient temperature and humidity. As previously stated, the chemical must soak in thoroughly but not completely.
3. Extraction with hot water
The last step is to get rid of all the nasty and yucky things hiding in your carpet!
Pressurized water is dispersed through a commercial-grade machine during hot water extraction. To put it another way, it’s similar to a light version of a standard pressure cleaning machine – only bigger and more powerful, and, as previously stated, the cleaner must be fully trained to use the equipment.
